Our registration service is online based. Due to environmental reasons, we do not send out paper confirmation. Once you have completed our online registration process, your pet microchip and contact details will be securely stored with us for your lifetime keeper registration.

Please note; microchip numbers are 15 digits long & usually begin 900************, although this number may vary, it will not contain any letters. A microchip in an older dog or an older chip from overseas may contain letters but will never begin with ISO 11784/5, thank you.

Registered microchips are stored in our database instantly and securely. When registering, you can also activate your MAT-TAG, which includes pinpoint location of a lost pet, with reunification benefits. A finder can scan the QR code on a lost pets tag, with any mobile device, and follow the steps to reunite the pet with their family!
